An existing client of Consulting Point based in Dubai was looking to hire a new HR Director to help manage their growing number of management consultants across The Middle East. Although Consulting Point has traditionally focused on providing external client-facing consulting talent to this client, the firm took the challenge to find the best available candidate on the planet to perform this important internal role.
Consulting Point conducted a global search and produced a shortlist of suitable candidates within 3 weeks of receiving the mandate. The long list of 328 candidates was then reduced to a shortlist of 8 candidates and our client moved fast to interview these candidates. A candidate from a competitor consultancy joined our client at the Director level and the whole process from CV send to offer acceptance took just 12 weeks.
