Consulting Point was in contact with a good candidate who had already been approached by another search firm for the same role. The candidate had already interviewed for this position 6 months prior and had also been offered the position but rejected the role at the time.
Consulting Point used their knowledge of their client to change the candidate’s mindset as our search team took time to understand what motivated the candidate and it became apparent that the candidate did not fully appreciate what this client could offer them from a personal career perspective. As a result, Consulting Point re-engaged the candidate to their client and the candidate second time around accepted the original offer.
