Engaging Consulting Point to spearhead their talent initiative, a global firm were confident that they could expand their PE Strategy practice in this country, while also respecting local customs and sensitivities in how the market would be approached.

Our network is strong in India, but we needed to be reserved in our selection based on the strict criteria candidates require to be successful for selection within this organisation. There were numerous candidates that were great Consulting options, but they did not have the relevant mix of private equity, investor relations, value creation and due diligence meaning certain target firms were not applicable. We therefore focused our effort on securing talent from other tier 1 consulting firm and one candidate quickly began to stand out.

After the successful conclusion of the interview process, a very competitive offer was put forward to our candidate. Consulting Point used our relationship with the candidate to assess progression routes within the business to give the candidate comfort that this was the right move for them. After minimal deliberation, the candidate accepted our clients offer and began the onboarding process.
