The need to identify and bring on board a female consultant with deep expertise in digital and customer experience was critical to our client. They were in the process of developing a specific CX practice and their success hinged upon locating a consultant with this unique profile.
After scouring the DACH market an individual who was actually based outside of the region was identified. Fortunately, the candidate was both German and looking to move back for personal reasons. After a number of discussions in quick succession, it was clear the fit was a perfect one on both sides. The Digital CX practice can now proceed in ramping up their growth as originally planned and thanked Consulting Point for proactively finding and helping onboard the candidate..
