Consulting Point concluded a search assignment for a global strategy consultancy who through attrition has lost a key member of their transportation and mobility practice in The Middle East. The team at Consulting Point conducted a large global mapping exercise to identify suitable Principal level candidates working locally and outside the Middle East.
A shortlist of 9 candidates was presented within 10 days of the search assignment. 6 candidates were selected for an interview with the successful candidate accepting the offer within 3 months of the search start date.
