A key client of Consulting Point based in India were looking to expand their core strategy team and the CEO of India contacted Consulting Point to help with attracting and sourcing the best strategy management consulting talent in this space.
Consulting Point conducted a global search through their offices in Boston, London, and Hong Kong and produced a shortlist of suitable candidates within 6 days of receiving the mandate. A shortlist of 11 candidates was produced and our client moved fast to interview these candidates. A candidate from a competitor consultancy joined our client at the Senior Manager level and the whole process from CV send to offer acceptance took just 4 weeks
