Our client is a well respected Management Consulting firm that is a leader in Digital Transformation and was keen on boosting their current Agile consulting practice with reference to supporting Central Government bodies during the COVID-19 pandemic. Consulting Point was requested to assist in recruiting a new Agile Business Analyst to their team to help this vision.
Consulting Point already had a strong network of Agile Business Analyst candidates to approach, and it was not long before numerous high-quality Management Consulting profiles were sent. One candidate was of particular interest to the client who had strong skillsets in Agile software development methodology, Agile ways of working and adoption techniques, as well as operating with the Government Digital Services framework. With a first-class degree from a great University and an eager attitude to succeed, it was clear this candidate was going to be of keen interest.
After a swift interview process that only included three stages, our client was confident that this was someone that they needed to bring on board to enhance the team. A fantastic offer was provided, and the candidate accepted without hesitation.
