We were contacted by a well-known mid-size strategy consultancy who are regularly competing with the MBB firms across Europe on various projects. With their reputation growing as a viable alternative Tier 1 strategy house they were keen to make a “superstar” signing – a highly accomplished strategic project lead capable of liaising with CIO’s in their IT Transformation practice. After researching the market, we contacted an individual in our network with a reputation for delivering the most critically important projects. Due to the exceptional talent of this consultant we were not surprised to find they had received several offers from respected consulting organisations. Leveraging our credibility with the individual based on previous experience we were able to position our client as a favourable option and an alternative to the MBBs, ultimately resulting in her joining the firm ahead of a host of other companies.
