Our client was seeking the very best talent within HR Transformation, Change Management and Organizational Design. We successfully headhunted an experienced native Arabic speaker at Manager level from the People & Organization Practice of a Big 4 advisory firm with deep expertise across Human Capital strategy, Organizational Design, Digital HR & Change Management who had worked on a number of projects across Saudi Arabia, Qatar and UAE.
