Consulting Point has been supporting a rapid growth specialist consulting firm to expand its operations in Europe. Part of this plan has been to secure a Partner to join the leadership and launch their UK entity, with the intention to build a London based pharma strategy team. Combining strong commercial consulting capabilities with proven leadership credentials, this is an important hire for the business, and will enable them to tap into the UK life sciences talent market, as well as expand and enhance their operations across Europe.
The search was conducted quickly and in a very targeted manner, with only a small number of individuals approached to consider the opportunity. The right person was engaged quickly – proving to be both a great culture fit and also with the commercial acumen to contribute extensively across the business.
