This is a key hire for an innovative start-up firm in Maryland, operating at the intersection of Provider and Payer segments in a number of US markets. Consulting Point has been supporting the business in it’s first major scale-up of both their statistical modelling and economics and client services functional groups. Although not a consulting firm, they were looking for the stakeholder management skills, transformation experience and bias to action of a consulting background. After a meticulous search in the D.C. Maryland and Virginia market in the US tracking across many of the consultancy firms operating in the health sector there, we identified an outstanding fit for the organization from a major consulting firm, and the timing – and company mission – were ideal.
The engagement was completed quickly and discretely, achieving our client’s hiring objective while also protecting their unique proposition in the market.
