A long standing relationship with a Tier 1 Strategy firm growing their performance improvement practice in Germany, the firm has been in a significantly strong position throughout Covid 19, swamped with work and needs to deliver to their clients, hence why a key requirement is to keep growing the team with strong individuals in experience and with a strong cultural fit. Consulting Point has developed a close relationship with the firm from mid to senior level hires.
Throughout our extensive EU network, we identified a candidate based in the Netherlands but working extensively in the German market with an exceptional academic background and expertise in supply chain and operational excellence in a wide range of industries
Over the course of 6 months, going through the process during lockdown and living a global crisis due Covid 19 we developed an excellent relationship with both client and candidate, both parties were heavily invested in the process from the beginning and were very transparent and patient. The successful candidate decided from the beginning not to engage with other firms & start processes, as he was convinced this was the right firm for him to set a new journey. He is eager to join the company and develop a bright future
