Over the course of seven weeks, the selected candidate went through three stages of interviews speaking with various Partners and Directors of the firm, including a final stage evening meal with the client in a restaurant in Berlin. The candidate was headhunted on by our Consultant, and briefed on the opportunity. The process was very quick and within seven weeks the candidate had signed the contract. The selected candidate brings experience in restructuring, process optimization, and strategic planning in small and large multinational companies.
Throughout our close relationship with the candidate and client, we were able to advise both parties on timeframes and further processes as we were dealing with strictly tight schedules and helped managed the process to keep momentum on further interviews. The candidate reviewed the offer and is excited to join the firm.
