Consulting Point has been supporting a global strategy consulting firm as it invests heavily in the UAE to build up it’s presence in the region. The scope was to identify and secure Arabic speaking talent from top tier strategy consulting background and relocate them to the UAE for a firm challenging the dominance of the big three strategy houses.
Our search was international, identifying and tracking individuals with the right language and consulting credentials in the GCC, Europe, Africa and even the US. Commenced before the pandemic, the entire project had to go on hold at a critical point, with several candidates having completed the process and awaiting decisions. We maintained contact with both parties through the uncertainty of the early pandemic lockdown, and liaised to enable resumption of discussions at the earliest opportunity.
An experienced strategist from one of the world’s top strategy consulting firms, a native Arabic speaker, accepted the offer from our client and will be joining in 2021.
