The latest in a project to support the scale up of an innovative healthcare start-up which will accelerate the transition from volume to value in the US health market. This position is to define, build and lead a new analytics team working with research and claims data to develop replicable, scalable methodologies for health provider organizations.
An initial search was conducted which proved invaluable in redefining and calibrating the precise requirements for the role, and led to a redefinition of the background needed to be successful. The second search identified an exceptional individual with a strong statistical background who can both develop the analytics capabilities of the team, and integrate statistical modeling and methodology development with product development and data sciences.
