Consulting Point are working with a leading Public Sector Management Consulting firm who were expanding their Local Government team. We successfully recruited an experienced Local Government Consultant who comes from a strong academic background with over 4 years of experience working with a major London Borough Council.
During this role, she had the opportunity to manage a range of transformation projects focusing on cultural changes, strategic action planning, organizational development, workforce development, increased customer participation, and inclusiveness. The chosen candidate had the experience of the full commissioning cycle including user research and humanistic service design.
