The Big Three consulting firms – Bain, McKinsey, and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) – are now offering considerably higher salaries than the Big Four accounting firms – EY, PwC, KPMG, and Deloitte – new figures from Management Consulted show.
Of the big three MBB firms, McKinsey & Co. has the smallest target list of favored business schools. Both the Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Co. have more expansive lists, with BCG having 28 MBA programs with favored status while Bain boasts 40 different programs. In any case, the lists vary greatly in the choice of business schools.
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) was among the 40 companies in the 2019 list of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures. The ranking, which recognizes Canadian companies with high-performance cultures that sustain a competitive advantage, is administered by Waterstone Human Capital, an HR consulting firm specializing in executive search, culture assessment, and leadership development.
