Arthur D. Little (ADL) announced the appointment of Vikram Rao as a Partner in its North American Telecommunications, Information Technology, Media & Electronics (TIME) practice. Based in ADL’s San Francisco office, Vikram brings over 25 years experience gained in the technology and consulting industries, spanning areas such as growth strategy, M&A/due diligence and business unit strategy. In his new role he will focus on enhancing commercial diligence and value creation for private equity technology investors and large, listed technology firms.

Vikram joins from EY Parthenon where he was Managing Director, Software Strategy Group. During his career he has worked for leading consultancies, including Bain & Company and Boston Consulting Group, as well as within large technology businesses such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he was VP, Business Operations.

Vikram holds a MBA from Columbia Business School, USA, and a Bachelor degree in Engineering and Computer Science from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, India.
