Knight Frank has named a new leader for its Prime Residential practice in the UAE, with Petri Mannila bringing over two decades of experience in the real estate industry.
Appointed partner in Dubai, Finnish-origin Petri Mannila will lead the Prime Residential team across the seven Emirates, focusing on further enhancing Knight frank’s position in the sector. The Prime Residential team focuses on the high-end luxury segment, brokering homes above the $5 million mark to high net worth individuals.
The UAE is one of the world’s hotspots when it comes to sales of luxury homes, with a recent Knight Frank report showing that Dubai even ranks among the prime locations worldwide.

Mannila has a proven track record in the sales and marketing of residential properties in the high-end segment. Prior to joining Knight Frank, he served as Head of Luxury at Penthouse.ae, powered by Metropolitan Premium Properties, where he successfully led his team to achieve over 2.5 billion dirhams in sales in a single year.
Earlier, Mannila operated his own consultancies across Dubai, Monaco, and Helsinki, providing insights into the luxury real estate market.
