Oxford Global Resources, an IT and life sciences staffing provider based in Beverly, Massachusetts, acquired Linksap Europe, a provider of SAP software ecosystem consultants.

Headquartered in Hertfordshire, UK, Linksap operates in more than 40 countries.

The acquisition expands of Oxford’s existing high-end SAP offerings into targeted European markets and customer channels.

The transaction closed June 10; transaction terms were not disclosed. Linksap co-founders Rupert Bassi and Alistair Coker as well as the broader Linksap team have joined Oxford.

“We are highly impressed with Linksap’s premium expertise, quality service offering and geographic reach,” Oxford CEO Rob McGuckin said in a press release. “Our partnership with Linksap will bolster Oxford’s SAP capabilities in Europe and add new clients that can benefit from Oxford’s broad service offering across technology platforms.”

Oxford Global was founded in 1984 and serves more than 2,200 customers across the US and Europe. Linksap is the second acquisition it has completed since investment firm H.I.G. Capital acquired Oxford Global from ASGN (NYSE: ASGN) in 2021. It acquired Hale International, a provider of Workday professionals to organizations across the US, in 2022.
