Till Giese, 42, is based in Hamburg and joins Strategy& with more than 15 years of expertise in strategy creation, strategy execution, digitalization, operational excellence, research and development, and industry 4.0.
Giese has a wealth of experience providing clients with advice in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and life science industries. He has provided advice to a wide spectrum of clients in Germany and abroad.
His experience includes assisting a French pharmaceutical business in implementing its industry 4.0 strategy, providing guidance on performance improvement programs to a German hospital, and supporting the formulation and implementation of an Italian MedTech company's European growth strategy.
Giese comes to Strategy& from Porsche Consulting, where he worked for more than a decade and rose to associate partner status. Prior to that, he lectured and conducted research at the Technical University of Munich in addition to working for 3con Management Consultants.
