AlixPartners is pleased to announce that Alastair Beveridge, a Partner & Managing Director in our globally renowned Turnaround & Restructuring (TRS) practice had been appointed to the position of president of INSOL International (INSOL).
Serving as the global voice of the turnaround, restructuring and insolvency industry INSOL is a worldwide federation of over 40 national federations with over 12,000 individual members. It exists to share knowledge, build networks and deliver innovative, economically successful outcomes in complex cross-border turnaround and restructuring situations.
Alastair Beveridge has been a long-term contributor to INSOL, serving on the Board for five years before being appointed President. A licensed insolvency practitioner and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales he has dedicated over 30 years to the turnaround and restructuring profession. Throughout this time he has played an integral role in many high profile restructuring situations including Agrokor, Swissport, Bankas Snoras, Collins & Aikman and the recent enforcement in respect of the Telegraph Group and Spectator media assets.
