Attain Partners, a public and nonprofit sector consultancy, has promoted Alanna Steffens to managing director.
Steffens, who joined the firm as a manager in 2016, has served as leader of the Salesforce services practice since 2019 and as a senior principal since 2022.
As leader of the Salesforce services team, Steffens oversees engagements in areas including planning, implementation, process improvement, change management, and managed services.

Steffens has nearly 20 years of IT experience ranging from software engineering to enterprise customer relationship management (CRM) deployments. She previously was a principal consultant at ACF Solutions, an IT systems consultant at Verizon Business, and a software engineer at Northrop Grumman.
Steffens has a degree in technology management, information systems and services from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a BSBA in information systems from DeVry University, and several Salesforce certifications.

Attain’s Salesforce team is part of its recently launched Attain Digital division, which aggregates its related digital services.
Headquartered in McLean, VA, Attain delivers strategy, compliance, technology, and talent consulting services to clients in nonprofit, education, healthcare, and state and local government sectors. The firm has more than 400 employees, according to LinkedIn.
Attain earlier this year promoted Doug Barrow and Kristi Phillips to managing director.
