Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced that Wojciech Świercz has been appointed as a Partner in the company’s Strategy & Organization practice. He will primarily focus on delivering C-level strategy to private equity, retail, and consumer industries by leveraging his experience and expertise in strategy, revenue management, corporate finance, performance improvement, and digital transformation. Wojciech will be based in the company’s Warsaw office.
Prior to joining ADL, Wojciech was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, where he supported clients across the EMEA region, and successfully led dozens of private equity / M&A-related projects and numerous retail/consumer/tech strategy engagements. He has also previously held positions at Strategy& and Roland Berger.

Wojciech has a Master's degree in Finance and Management from the University of Warsaw.
