EY has appointed Prakash Hariharan, Lynette Gracias and Venkatesh Subramoniam as Partners to its UK Managed Services team, part of EY’s EMEIA-wide Managed Services workforce.

EY Managed Services helps clients unlock value through head office functions, including tax, risk, compliance and finance, by combining experience, talent and technology with a global delivery model that supports businesses so they can concentrate on driving forward their core activities.

Prakash Hariharan joins from Genpact where he was the Senior Vice President, CFO Consulting and Advisory. He led the firm’s global finance transformation business, overseeing consulting, digital and analytics, and was also responsible for developing partnerships, M&A, managing analysts and advisor relations. His other experience comprises of scaling up service lines, designing and implementing large transformative programs for clients.

Lynette Gracias also joins EY from Genpact where she was Global Relationship Manager - Vice President. She has a track record of working with clients across a variety of sectors helping them to accelerate business value through transformation programmes leveraging technology, automation and process improvements.

Venkatesh Subramoniam joins from Infosys where, as Assistant Vice President, Client Services he led a portfolio of businesses within the Consumer Packaged Goods & Retail sectors across Europe. He has successfully overseen large scale digital transformation programs, setting up end to end IT operations, business turnaround planning and execution for strategic clients.

In their new roles, Prakash, Lynette and Venkatesh will be working with clients to support their growth and innovation goals through EY’s Managed and Operate Services.
