Global strategy and management consulting firm Roland Berger has named its top board members for the coming four years, re-electing the full existing team for another term in the office following a period of strong growth.

Appointed during the firm’s summer global partner meeting held earlier this month, Roland Berger has reaffirmed its faith in Stefan Schaible, Marcus Berret and Denis Depoux. All three Global Managing Directors have been re-elected for a further term in office.

The chair of the board, Stefan Schaible, has been with Roland Berger since 1997 and has served as Global Managing Partner since 2014. “Being re-elected is a great honour. I would like to express my gratitude for the trust placed in me and look forward to leading the company together with my colleagues for another term.”

Marcus Berret is a leader in Roland Berger's global Automotive industry vertical. He also joined the firm in 1997, and just like Schaible, he operates out of Germany.

Denis Depoux is responsible for Roland Berger’s Asia business and for the company's activities in Greater China. He joined the business in 2001 and has been actively supporting Roland Berger’s operation in Asia since 2007.

The trio of top-level board members are flanked by a team of four other Global Managing Directors: Per Breuer, Hasmeet Kaur, Maria Mikhaylenko and Matthias Rückriegel – with the 7-strong team comprising the global leadership team.

Looking ahead, Schaible said that Roland Berger expects to continue its strong growth momentum. “We expect to achieve our Strategy 2024 targets a year early and are fully on track to further accelerate our growth. In this fiscal year, we are again targeting double-digit growth and aim to exceed €1 billion in revenue for the first time.”

Founded in 1967 by namesake Roland Berger, the company prides itself on being on the few true global challengers to the American powerhouses in the strategic consulting segment. Roland Berger now has 3,000 consultants and staff in 50+ offices.

“A lot has changed during my time with the company” reflected Schaible. “Roland Berger grew from a Europe-focused consultancy into a real global player, driven by megatrends such as relocation of production, smart mobility, and sustainability that play to our strengths.”

At the same global partner meeting, the 270-strong partner team also appointed the Supervisory Board for the coming four years, picking Robert Henske, Constanze Schweinsteiger, René Seyger, and Felix Mogge.
