Homegrown consultancy firm Four Principles has elevated ten of its company members to the next level.

Established in 2010, Four Principles is an award-winning consulting firm specialised in lean, continious improvement, and digital transformation. The 40-strong company is led by managing partners Seif Shieshakly and Patrick Wiebusch.

Following a strong first half of 2023, Four Principles has elevated ten of its consultants to the next level – up from seven during the same intake twelve months ago. The cohort of promotees are based in Four Principles’ offices in Dubai and Riyadh, and work across the firm’s industry verticals including government, automotive, food & beverage, healthcare, and retail.

Commenting on the appointments, company co-founder and managing partner Shieshakly said: “Every promotion is thoroughly deserved. We congratulate and thank each of them, who on a daily basis contribute to the success of the company and the difference they make to our clients.”
