Global strategy consulting firm Strategy& has appointed eight new partners in the Middle East, lifting the size of its partnership beyond the 55-mark.
The record intake of new partners in Strategy&’s mid-year appointment round comes on the back of a year of strong growth for the award-winning firm. Strategy& has been operating in the Middle East for decades and currently serves the region through offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Beirut, Cairo, Doha, and Riyadh.
New to the partnership are: Anthony Yammine, Antoine Khadige, Fady Halim, Georgie Saad, Makram Debbas, Ramzi Hage, Sami Khawaja, and Samer Al Chikhani. “Our new partners were recognized by their teams, clients, and the firm for their commitment and impact, and we congratulate them on this wonderful achievement,” stated Strategy& in a release.
Anthony Yammine
Anthony Yammine is a member of the firm’s Energy, Resources, and Sustainability practice in the Middle East.
Anthony has extensive experience in the energy sector, with a focus on utilities and downstream oil and gas. He supports clients in strategy development and execution, policies and regulatory frameworks, investments, partnership setups, localization, and supply chain in the energy and industrials sectors.
He has also conducted large-scale sector restructuring and operational excellence programs to enhance security of supply, costs efficiency, environmental sustainability, and customer satisfaction. In addition, Anthony is part of the firm’s cross-industry platform on Sustainability in the Middle East.
Antoine Khadige
Antoine Khadige is a member of the Financial Services practice in the Middle East. He is also a member of the firm’s global management team for payments and open banking.
He has over 15 years of experience in strategy consulting and fintech entrepreneurship in the Middle East and globally.
Antoine specializes in payments and digital financial services. He works extensively with financial institutions, payment service providers, nonfinancial companies, and fintech firms on strategy and large-scale transformations with a focus on payments, such as enterprise payments strategy, M&A, open banking, merchant services, cards, emerging payments technology, payments infrastructure, and policy.
Fady Halim
Fady Halim is a member of the Family Business, Investments, and Real Estate practice in the Middle East. He has more than 14 years of experience in management consulting, engineering, and construction, acquired through multiple engagements in North America and the Middle East.
Fady works on real estate development of megaprojects and specialises in urban regeneration and corporate strategy as well as religious tourism. He has expertise in institutional setup and operating model design, strategy articulation, business planning, and large scale transformation programs.
He advises governments and city authorities, real estate developers, and investors on a broad range of topics.
Georgie Saad
Georgie Saad is a member of the firm’s Energy, Resources and Sustainability practice in the Middle East.
Georgie has more than 15 years of consulting experience and has led high-profile engagements in the Middle East. He advises senior leaders in both government-owned and private entities and specializes in all aspects of industrial development mainly focusing on strategy formulation, investment development, and operating model design.
Makram Debbas
Makram Debbas is a member of the firm’s Consumer Markets practice in the Middle East.
Makram has more than 13 years of consulting experience, working mainly with consumer-packaged goods, retail, distribution, and agri companies, advising them on topics related to growth and investment strategy, turnarounds, operational improvements, and corporate transformation.
Ramzi Hage
