EY-Parthenon has named James Nicholson as leader of its Strategy practice. New Partners Nick Feingold and Lluis Borrell have also joined the Strategy team.
James takes on the role of EY-Parthenon Strategy leader from Matt Robb who has led the practice for five years and will now take on the role of Global EY-Parthenon Education leader. James joined EY in 2014 from Roland Berger where he led the UK Automotive and Industrials group. He is currently sector leader of Energy Transition, a combined sector team covering AM&M (Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility) and Energy, which helps corporate clients navigate the transition.
EY-Parthenon’s Strategy practice supports clients to develop and deliver strategic opportunities by providing in-depth market, competitor and customer insight.

Nick Feingold joins as a Partner in EY-Parthenon’s customer and growth strategy practice in the UK and Ireland - a pan-sector team which helps maximise profitable growth for clients, through value proposition innovation and commercial excellence. Nick joins EY from a leading multinational online retailer, where he helped to build and grow several nascent business units. Prior to that, Nick was at Accenture Strategy, where he advised cross-sector clients on commercial excellence and digital strategy.
Lluis Borrell joins the EY-Parthenon TMT practice and will focus on Digital Infrastructure/Telcoms and Sports/Media. Lluis brings over 25 years TMT experience in management consulting and industry, advising investors and corporate clients across the UK and the wider Europe on investments and strategy. Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, Lluis was an Associate Partner at FTI Consulting/Delta Partners in London, where he co-led their Digital Infra work in London and Europe.
