EFESO Management Consultants has joined forces with Tsetinis Consulting, a performance improvement specialist with offices in Germany, Austria and North America.
The addition of Tsetinis Consulting adds 120 consultants to EFESO’s offices around the world, lifting its headcount to around 920 staff worldwide. Paris-headquartered EFESO has around 35 offices in Europe, North America, Latin America, Middle East, and Asia.
The joining of forces comes on the back of consecutive years of double-digit growth for EFESO Management Consultants, in part driven by two bolt-ons.

Founded in 2000, Tsetinis Consulting specialises in performance improvement, bringing together deep expertise in management consulting, engineering and digitisation to drive results at its clients. The firm is particularly known in the market for its expertise in the manufacturing sector, with a focus on the automotive and industrial segments.
According to Bruno Machiels, Co-CEO of EFESO, the addition will reinforce the firm’s industrial offerings, namely its ‘Idea to Value’ offering (innovation management, new product development process, portfolio management, product lifecycle, design to value, value engineering, procurement) and discrete manufacturing capabilities.
