Global strategic consulting firm Arthur D. Little has bolstered its partner team in Europe with the hires of Emilio Saavedra and Pierre Peladeau.
Based out of Arthur D. Little’s Madrid office, Emilio Saavedra has more than 20 years of experience helping clients on topics including strategy, innovation, and operations improvement.
A member of the Operations Management practice, Saavedra works for clients in the utilities, oil & gas, industrial, consumer goods, aerospace & defense, media, telecoms, and information technology sectors.
Saavedra joins Arthur D. Little from EY, where he was a partner and co-leader of its Supply Chain Strategy practice in Spain. Earlier, he worked at Accenture as a Senior Principal in its Consulting division, leading transformational programs across four continents and more than 20 countries.

Meanwhile, in Paris Pierre Peladeau has been added to the partner team of the Telecommunications, Internet, Media, and Electronics (TIME) practice.
Peladeau has more than 30 years of experience in strategy and digital transformation consulting, specialising in the telecoms, technology, and utilities industries. He also has a diverse range of skills in areas such as strategy, marketing, organisation, technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
He previously was a partner at Strategy&, and before that, he served legal predecessors Booz & Company (which rebranded as Strategy& following its acquisition by PwC) and Booz Allen Hamilton for two decades.
