Todd Redmon joins PA Consulting (PA), the consultancy that’s bringing ingenuity to life, as a partner in PA’s Consumer and Manufacturing business. Todd will be working with PA’s accounts to leverage the firm’s united capabilities to bring new ideas from concept – through design and development – to commercial success, as well as helping PA’s clients revitalize their leadership culture, strategy, processes, and digital transformation efforts to make innovation and growth a reality.

Todd brings over 25 years of experience in consumer, retail, and manufacturing – with expertise spanning growth strategy, innovation, marketing, digital strategy and transformation. Prior to PA, Todd was a Partner at growth and transformation consultancy Prophet, as well as Capgemini Invent, where he led the client relationships and advisory services with several of their largest accounts, including The Coca-Cola Company and their bottling partners, among others. He began his career in industry, held leadership roles with several Fortune 500 retail and consumer companies, including The Home Depot and Brinker International, where he focused on developing new growth businesses. Todd subsequently spent five years in private equity, evaluating investments in consumer, retail and manufacturing businesses. This included The Container Store and other industry leaders, as well as working with executive leadership teams to innovate, transform and drive profitable growth strategies.
