Beurier will assume her new role in January 2024 and will become a member of Newton’s senior executive team and board. Responsible for driving its people agenda forward by developing global organizational and talent strategies, she will lead the business into the next chapter of its growth plans.
She will also be responsible for leading and championing initiatives that build on Newton’s capability, enhancing its learning and talent strategies to continue delivering value for clients and achieve future growth ambitions. Beurier will be a beacon of leadership and action in the areas of inclusion, diversity, and equality to ensure that the firm’s community is a place of equity and embraces the brightest and best talent.
With more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience at Marks and Spencer, PepsiCo, and GlaxoSmithKline, she most recently served as chief people officer at Zopa Group, where she led its people strategy.
