Global Management Consultancy, Arthur D. Little (ADL), today announced Zayd Raoof has been appointed as a Partner in its Financial Services practice. He will be based in Dubai.

With nearly 15 years in strategy consulting, Zayd has a commendable track record advising financial institutions and governments on strategic and transformational endeavors. Previously a Principal at ADL, Zayd’s most recent role includes working at Strategy&, where he was responsible for commercial development and the implementation of key strategic assignments for major financial services institutions.

Zayd is a passionate leader with a track record in building practices, nurturing teams, and winning business with an established network of clients in the Financial Services sector. During his career, he has advised on several critical client priorities including corporate strategy, organizational transformation, innovation programs, digital strategy, and digital transformation. He also previously designed, built, and ran a $2bn innovation accelerator on behalf of a major government entity.

Zayd holds an MSc Development Economics Degree from the University of London, and a BSc International Economics Honours from Lougborough University.
