Arthur D. Little (ADL) today announced the appointment of Harriet Whitehouse as its new Global HR Director. An experienced leader in human resources, Harriet joins the global management consultancy from Fortune 500-listed international real estate services company Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where she was Global People Partner and Talent Transformation Lead in its Corporate Occupier business, Work Dynamics.
In her role at JLL Work Dynamics she led the creation of a new global employee experience function for its 50,000 staff, helping shape a people-centric culture. Prior to this, Harriet was Work Dynamics Head of HR for EMEA Accounts and UK & Ireland. Overall, she spent ten years at JLL, joining from Compass Group where she was Head of HR for the company’s education sector.
