Global strategy and management consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting has promoted Philippe Gorge to partner in its Paris office.
A member of the Retail & Consumer practice, Philippe Gorge brings around a decade of experience to the firm’s partnership – all gained at L.E.K. Consulting (during his studies Gorge had a brief spell as visiting associate at Boston Consulting Group).
Gorge has experience across the consumer sector landscape, with a particular focus on clients in the beauty, health and wellness segments. Commenting on his promotion, he said: “I am extremely pleased and proud to share the new chapter of my professional career with L.E.K. Consulting.”
Gorge’s track record includes working with retailers and brands (both traditional brands and digital natives) on strategic topics such as growth, brand positioning, go to market strategy, and performance optimisation issues.
The new partner in addition has a strong background in digital and analytics, and oversees the Data & Analytics team in the Paris office. Leveraging his expertise, he regularly also works on adjacent issues, usually at the intersection of the technology and consumer sectors. Gorge recently advised two French unicorns in their fundraising.
Gorge’s appointment is part of L.E.K. Consulting’s global year-start partner intake, with 21 other partners welcomed at the start of 2023 across the firm’s offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, China, Brazil, India, and Singapore.
Globally, L.E.K. Consulting has more than 1,600 staff across 20+ locations. The consulting firm has been active in France since 1989.
