Global consultancy and technology firm Metyis has promoted Gurgaon-based company member Keshav Chawla to partner.

Building on solid growth in 2022, Metyis at the start of this year expanded its leadership team with seven new partners, with Chawla the sole representative outside of Europe.

Chawla is technology and business consultant with 17 years of expertise implementing and improving technology solutions. He joined Metyis in 2018 as Vice President of Technology, with the remit of establishing, heading and scaling the firm’s technology centre of excellence in India.

A developer and IT architect by background, Chawla specialises in technology work in the ecommerce and omnichannel domain. Throughout his career, he has helped build some of the world’s most complex omnichannel platforms at brands such as Marks & Spencer, Ray Ban, Volvo, Cardinal Health, Colruyt, Monetise, David's Bridal and Telefonica.

At Metyis, he leads a growing team of developers and technology professionals that provide engagement support to Metyis’ projects worldwide. The firm operates out of 14 offices in 9 countries, serving clients in 15+ countries.

“I’m proud of being a part of an organisation which gave me a platform wherein I was able to exhibit my leadership skills and build a technology practice,” said Chawla on his admission into the partnership.

Earlier in his career, he worked at Publicis Sapient, where he set up and scaled the company’s omnichannel commerce delivery centre in India, and IBM, Salmon, and Oracle.

Outside of India, Meyis has appointed new partners in the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, London, and Istanbul.
