Mercer has announced the appointments of Kriti Chandnani and Joe Hornsby as Senior Associates in the Covenant team, further developing Mercer’s growing covenant advisory team headed by Partner Darren Masters. The new hires are in addition to Adam D’Souza, Brandy Mukasa and Michael Fenton who have joined in the last year taking the total size of the team to 15 and covering the whole of the UK.
Mrs Chandnani, a qualified accountant with a background in equity research and corporate finance, joins from Argyll Covenant. Kriti has experience working with trustees and corporates across a range of situations including valuations, advising on the impact of restructuring, transactions, and performance monitoring.
Mr Hornsby, is also a qualified accountant with a background in audit. In Joe’s previous role as a covenant manager, he has experience across a wide range of sectors, including logistics, engineering, retail, food manufacturing, housing, financial services, and not-for-profit organisations.
