Oliver Wyman, the global management consultancy, today announced that David Choi has joined the firm as a Partner in its Digital and Anti-Financial Crime practices. He will focus on the firm’s technology strategy and operating model work, and be based in the New York City office.

Prior to Oliver Wyman, David was a Technology Strategist with Microsoft, where he worked with global banks to transform IT platforms and digitize banking products by leveraging public cloud and advanced data solutions. Prior to Microsoft, David was a Principal in PwC’s Financial Crime Unit, where he led global technology transformation programs for AML, sanctions, KYC and trade surveillance. David started his career as a software developer and architect at Accenture and honed his technical expertise at software technology companies. David graduated with a B.S.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
