Global management consultancy Kearney has promoted three to partner in its French office: Eric Delgutte, Faycal Baddou and Thibault Hollinger.
The 39-year-old Eric Delgutte has been appointed a partner in Kearney’s Financial Services practice, where he specialises in particular on asset management topics.
Delgutte has been with Kearney since 2018. He began his career at Bain & Company before joining Ostrum Asset Management in 2014 as Business Strategy Leader and then Secretary General of the Executive Committee.
Fayçal Baddou (34 years old) began his career in strategy consulting at OSE Consulting where he spent five years, latterly in charge of opening and growing the firm’s New York office. He then joined Advancy where he grew to the rank of Principal.
In 2020 Baddou joined Kearney as a member of its Consumer & Retail practice, where he supports clients with strategy development, external growth, operations and large-scale transformations. He also advises private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
Thibault Hollinger has been with Kearney for around a decade, across two spells. After beginning his career in strategy consulting with the firm, in 2019 he was seconded to Coty as Director of Transformation.
The 34-year-old returned to Kearney in 2019 and is a member of the Consumer & Retail practice, where he covers growth strategy projects as well as the transformation of business models and organisations.
Commenting on the promotions, Delphine Bourrilly, President and Managing Partner of Kearney in France, said: “I am very happy to welcome Eric, Fayçal and Thibault to the partnership. Their step up is a natural recognition of their ability to support our clients in achieving their objectives as well as to develop our teams.”
