Global strategy consulting firm Strategy& has promoted two company members in Paris to its partnership: Fabien Fontaine and Xavier Monin.
Fabien Fontaine has been with the firm for eight years, having previously served two French management consultancies and spending around four years in industry.
At Strategy&, Fontaine is part of the Deals & Value Creation practice, with a focus on clients in retail, consumer goods and healthcare. He also has experience in the chemicals, construction, automotive and aviation sectors.
Fontaine advises clients on topics including strategy, transformation, performance improvement and mergers & acquisitions. He also works with private equity clients on operational due diligence, carve-out, and value creation in a post-merger integration context.
Xavier Monin has been with Strategy& his entire career, joining the firm’s ranks in 2007 when the consultancy still operated as Booz & Company. After spending over a decade in Strategy&’s London office, Monin relocated to the Paris base four years ago.
He focuses on private equity services, supporting financial sponsors and investment houses with acquisitions, divestments, and investments. Monin specialises in strategic and commercial due diligence, transaction support and value creation.
From an industry perspective, Monin specialises in the technology sector, in particular software and digital services, and in industrialised segments.
In France, Strategy& now has 17 partners. They lead a team of over 200 strategy consultants. Strategy& is part of PwC, one of the globe’s largest professional services firms.
