Global strategy consultancy L.E.K. Consulting announced that Dawn Bartholomew has joined as a Managing Director and Partner. Based in the Chicago office, she will lead the firm’s Corporate Development efforts. Bartholomew will focus on identifying and acquiring teams that broaden and complement L.E.K.’s existing client service capabilities, developing and executing inorganic growth plans for new service lines that deepen relationships with clients, and designing internal diligence and integration capabilities.

Previously, Bartholomew was Head of Corporate Development at Spencer Stuart, a global executive search and leadership advisory firm, where she facilitated a number of acquisitions and investments, including the launch of Kincentric, a separate global people analytics and leadership business acquired from Aon. Prior to that, Dawn was Head of Corporate Development at Huron Consulting Group, Director of Corporate Development at Optum/UnitedHealth Group and worked in financial due diligence at KPMG and Ernst & Young. She holds an MBA from the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago and a BSBA in accounting from John Carroll University.
