KPMG has strengthened its Advisory leadership team in Saudi Arabia with four senior hires.

Adib Kilzie joins the global accounting and consulting firm in the Kingdom as Customer Experience & Cloud Transformation Lead, Niam Sinno as People & Change Lead, Ramzi Qushair as Finance Transformation Lead, and Rani Majzoub as the Lead for Real Estate & Major Projects Advisory.

Adib Kilzie appointment follows over 20 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, system integration and team management in several sectors across North America, Europe and the GCC.

Adib holds degrees from Seneca College and the University of Leicester in Business Administration. Before joining KPMG, he held positions of Vice President – Professional Services at SBM and Associate Partner at IBM GBS, as well as managed a private equity investment fund.

Niam Sinno brings 18 years of experience in management consulting to the firm. She has built strong relationships with public officials and C-level executives, advising them on their people strategies, including how to align human capital to business strategies. Niam has deep expertise in transformational leadership, change management, executive coaching, talent management and succession planning.

She has delivered well over 1,000 sessions of executive coaching, focusing on high-performance, cultural integration, behavioural change, and alignment of purpose, values and business strategy. Niam holds a master’s degree in Psychology from Harvard University. Prior to joining the firm, she worked with other professional services firms in various roles within People & Change and ENR Advisory.

Ramzi Qushair brings over 29 years of consulting experience, working across the Middle East and Africa region, and serving clients in the public sector and financial service industry, focused on finance transformation and enterprise performance management. Ramzi has managed key transformation projects and has extensive experience in financial solutions implementations and core banking systems.

Rani Majzoub brings over 20 years of hands-on real estate development and consultancy experiences spanning strategy, public-private partnerships, project development, feasibility studies, valuations, and portfolio assessments. Coming from a real estate and development background, he was previously of Head of Advisory, Markets and Operations for Saudi Arabia with JLL. He received his bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut and is associated with the Saudi Council of Engineers.
