EY announced the selection of the Global Chair and CEO for the two proposed organizations post-transaction. Julie Boland will serve as the Global Chair and CEO of “AssureCo” and Carmine Di Sibio will serve as the Global Chair and CEO of “NewCo”. Both leaders have the ability and insight to lead through this transformation period and towards an exciting future for both organizations. These roles will be effective from the date of the separation.

The selection of these two leaders is a significant milestone in the separation process. We are moving forward in a thoughtful and deliberate manner, making good progress on the path to partner votes early next year.

We firmly believe that this bold move to separate the organization will enable us to embrace the changing landscape, build businesses that redefine the future of our professions, create exciting new opportunities, and deliver greater long-term value for EY people, clients and communities.
