Global real estate consultancy Knight Frank has hired Paul Sacco to its team in Dubai.

Appointed an Associate Partner, Paul Sacco has become a member of Knight Frank’s Private Office practice. This unit advises ultra-high net worth clients and family offices on property transactions and management of their real estate portfolios, both in the prime residential and commercial segments.

“Paul is a dynamic and proactive adviser for individuals, family offices and funds and we are thrilled to welcome him into our team,” said Henry Faun, Partner and a senior member of the firm’s Private Office practice for the region.

Prior to joining Knight Frank, Sacco worked for the investment bank arm of French banking group Société Génerale, real estate capital raising firm RAP, and at Omniyat, a real estate developer in the Middle East.

Welcoming Sacco to the firm, co-Heads of the Private Office practice, Paddy Dring and Thomas van Straubenzee, said: “Paul’s addition to the team is an exciting step forward for Knight Frank as we continue to see the GCC region as a pivotal part of our global network for our UHNW client base. Paul’s experience will contribute significant value as clients increasingly require both residential and commercial property advice.”

Knight Frank’s Private Office practice operates relatively international, working closely with offices in other wealth hubs such as London, New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore.

Headquartered in London, Knight Frank has more than 16,000 people operating from 380 offices across 50+ territories.
