Claire Carré – Cybersecurity – Paris
Claire Carré is a graduate of the Ecole Supélec. Claire has nearly 18 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity and has helped numerous clients in the industry, banking, services and social protection sectors to manage their security risks.
Claire has developed a strong expertise in the strategic management of cybersecurity within companies.
She has led numerous projects to transform the governance and organization of cybersecurity channels, to define cyber defense strategies and to improve operational excellence.
She has also worked on regulatory compliance programs in the areas of cybersecurity, resilience and personal data protection.
Debora Di Giacomo – European Services – Luxembourg
Debora Di Giacomo works in Wavestone’s European Services team leading the European Commission and Agencies account.
She holds a degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in technology management. With more than 15 years of career, Debora developed solid experience in IT strategy, business, and research consulting – with a focus on European Institutions.
Her main area of expertise is technology supporting the implementation of public policies and delivery of public services. The main areas she consults on are digital government, emerging technologies, interoperability, large scale systems in the areas of justice, home affairs, taxation, among others.
Nicolas Glairon-Mondet – Financial Services, IT Strategy, CIO Transformation – Paris
With more than 25 years of experience in consulting firms, Nicolas Glairon-Mondet assists CIOs of large companies in their transformations, to improve their efficiency and their contribution to the digital trajectories of their businesses.
After spending more than 17 years at Accenture and 4 years at BearingPoint, Nicolas has developed a solid experience in the design and implementation of new IT operational models, especially in international contexts. His expertise covers IT governance and operational models, strategic sourcing, business and IT skills evolution and IT performance optimization.
He joins Wavestone in particular to contribute to the development of activities in the financial services sector.
Tom Lawrie – IS & Digital Transformation – UK
Tom has been working in the Consulting Sector for more than 11 years, joining Wavestone in 2017. He Graduated Warwick Business school with a Post-grad in Business Administration and holds a Master’s in civil & Coastal Engineering.
Tom supports the growth of the UK office whilst spending much of his time advising CIO and CTOs on key technology topics, from IT Cost reduction, large technology transformation, through to pre and post M&A Technology integration. Tom expertise has been built in Oil & Gas and Financial Services, starting his career with Wavestone supporting the growth of the Barclays account in 2017, in 2019/20 he took a key role in our AXA expansion outside of France, which now sees 40+ consultants mobilised across the UK and US.
Olivier Luquet – Financial Sector Transformation
With more than 20 years of strategic and operational experience in Financial Services, Olivier Luquet supports Financial Services players in their growth and transformation. Committed to his clients, he draws on his combined business and digital expertise, developed as a banker and consultant, to design and deliver initiatives that enable banks to accelerate their development.
As a banker, Olivier Luquet was CEO of ING Direct; at BNP Paribas, he was in charge of Business Development for the retail market in France and internationally, and then Director of Commercial Development for the Eastern region, after starting at Caisses d’Epargne as Deputy Director of Sales
Promotion.
As a consultant at Kearney and Oliver Wyman, he accompanied various leaders in retail banking, with a specific focus on the definition and implementation of strategic plans, new operational models and omnichannel transformation.
He chaired the OCBF’s Digital Banking Committee for 3 years and sits on the Strategy Committee of several Fintechs.
He joins Wavestone to propose, with all the teams, a 360° vision of the Business, Digital, and Sustainable Development challenges of Financial Services, and to implement the related initiatives.
Florent Mathé – CTO Advisory – Paris
Florent Mathé is a graduate of the Institut Mînes -Télécom Business School / IMT Atlantique in IS engineering. He has been working with Wavestone and its clients for nearly 20 years, within the technology departments of major accounts in the industrial, banking and public administration sectors, both in France and abroad, particularly in Asia.
He has successfully worked with clients in both the scoping and execution phases of strategic programs, involving deep technological transformation, governance overhaul and change management.
Mathieu Ruch – IT Strategy, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation – US
Mathieu has been a critical asset and leading contributor to the growth of Wavestone US since relocating from Paris 10 years ago. He brings more than 15 years of experience and extensive expertise in driving and managing technology and cybersecurity initiatives.
He is a trusted partner to international enterprise clients, playing a key role in their transformation journeys in cyber resilience and reinforced risk/regulatory posture.
Leveraging his double master’s degree in business & computer science at HEC and EPITA, coupled with hands-on field experience, Mathieu continuously demonstrates a deep understanding of today’s IT and business challenges at stake, and delivers results-focused solutions impacting company’s operations, processes and IT foundation. Highly recognized as an inspiring and performance-driven leader, Mathieu
has championed multiple complex cybersecurity and IT Strategy transformation projects across all industries, specializing in financial services, pharmaceuticals and aerospace.
Guillaume Vaquero – CTO Advisory – Paris
For the past 15 years at Wavestone, Guillaume Vaquero has been supporting his clients in their infrastructure transformation strategies and programs.
Having developed a particular expertise around telecommunications, he has guided many organizations in the construction and execution of their associated roadmaps (5G, software-defined networks, smart connectivity…).
Since 2017, he has been working mainly with clients in the Financial Services sector in the management of major infrastructure transformation programs, combining technological, organizational, economic and human dimensions.
Guillaume holds an engineering degree in telecommunications from INSA Lyon.
