Global strategy & operations consulting major Kearney has promoted three of its seniors in France – Alberic Fischer, Pierre-Alexandre Koch and Olivier Soupa – to partner.
Alberic Fischer (37) began his career in the banking sector at HSBC before joining the M&A team of Credit Agricole. In 2013, he joined Kearney as an Associate.
He now is a partner in Kearney’s Financial Services practice, focused on clients in the banking, insurance, asset management, and payments sectors, among others. He support clients with strategy definition, growth, designing and structuring strategic partnerships, and large-scale transformations. Fischer also works with clients in the private equity industry.
Pierre-Alexandre Koch (37) began his career in the Paris office of Kearney, and gradually grew the ranks to now be admitted into the partnership. In between he spent around a year at Carrefour as a Director focused on improving the operational efficiency of the supermarket’s operations in home market France.
He is a member of the Consumer & Retail practice, and specialises in the distribution and consumer goods segments. Koch also works for private equity clients.
Olivier Soupa (45) has spent his entire career in the world of management consulting. After kicking off his career at Andersen Consulting, he worked for a decade at Schlumberger Business Consulting before joining Accenture as a Director (Accenture acquired Schlumberger Business Consulting in 2015).
After a spell with Arthur D. Little in the Middle East, Soupa joined Kearney in its Energy practice. Now a partner, he focuses on clients in the oil and renewables segments.
