NetSuite has announced that it now has more than 70 BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) partners. The latest is BDO, according to a short blog by Craig West, VP of alliances and channel, Oracle NetSuite. BDO is the latest in a growing list of service partners, including RSM UK, tempCFO, NexusSuite and Escalon. The NetSuite BPO Partner program enables organisations to reduce the costs of implementing, supporting and running NetSuite. In some ways, it is surprising that it has taken BDO so long to join the program as it has had a relationship with NetSuite since 2018.

BDO is a global leader in accounting and advisory services and supports more than 400 publicly traded clients worldwide. The press release states that BDO is a global accounting firm network. However, Oracle NetSuite confirmed that this relationship relates solely to the United States. John Kincher, ERP and Implementation Management National Leader at BDO, commented: “BDO is excited to join the NetSuite BPO program to better serve our outsourcing clients and broaden our ERP offerings.”

As an experienced NetSuite partner, BDO will leverage SuiteSuccess to implement and then improve upon the NetSuite instances it deploys to clients.

Enterprise Times: What does this mean?

This is another major partner for the successful BPO program. It is surprising that more ERP companies do not take this route to market. NetSuite has built a very successful element of its channel ecosystem through this programme. The question is while BDO has a US NetSuite BPO practice, will it also create similar relationships in other countries. It already has a Business Services and Outsourcing capability in the UK.
