With the awards "Top Consultant", "Hidden Champion" and "Best Consultant" for purchasing and supply chain management, Kerkhoff Consulting has already received three coveted awards this year and is therefore undoubtedly "one of the best SME consultants in Germany", as is the case in The just published award rationale for “Top Consultant” 2021. For Kerkhoff Consulting, the latest award is already the 26th title in twelve years. The special thing about all consultant competitions: They are based on customer ratings, so they reflect the blunt opinion of real clients.
"In the approximately 22 years in which we have been independently and successfully active in the consulting market, we have questioned customer benefits from the start - directly and anonymously through our own customer surveys," recalls founder Gerd Kerkhoff. "Because the quality of advice is defined exclusively by the customer benefit and the added value that a consultant brings to his customers."
This is exactly the idea behind the aforementioned consultant competitions, which are communicated by strong media partners such as Manager Magazin, Capital, Wirtschaftswoche and Brand eins. Although they are all based on customer ratings that are collected with scientific support, the evaluation criteria are different. While a specific customer project is decisive for 'Best of Consulting', for 'Top Consultant' it is the customer references that count. In the case of the 'Hidden Champion', a demanding catalog of criteria creates a high hurdle for admission to the shortlist, and in the case of 'Best Consultants', the judgments of the competitors are also decisive. This year, Kerkhoff Consulting received the top rating from customers and competition from among 32 award-winning consulting companies.
