Ralf has been an elected member of the Partnership Committee for many years, but his appointment to Chairman marks a new step in ADL’s growth ambitions, and the ongoing success of the global firm. With this increased responsibility, Ralf will step away from practice leadership to fully dedicate himself to his new role. However, he will continue to contribute to the Global T&T Practice and will maintain high-level relationships with his flagship clients.

Ignacio García Alves, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ADL, comments: “I would like to express my deep gratitude to Ralf Baron, who has successfully led and shaped the T&T team for the last 10 years and turned it into a truly global practice. Ralf has helped to transform T&T into a major international practice covering a wide range of countries and sectors, which prior to the COVID-19 situation was our second largest industry practice.

“Not only has Ralf’s commitment to successfully deliver on his practice’s breakthrough plans been impressive, but his critical role in responding to COVID-19, by reinventing our T&T business via lighthouse mobility projects, has been inspirational. He has also recently helped extend our footprint in new T&T markets such as the US.

“I am absolutely confident that Ralf will similarly make a great success of his new role as Chairman of the Partnership Committee.”
